Not only Zach was at SXSW after Ars Electronica, Teddy Ruge was also around, from Dallas. What a nice coincidence, an opportunity to deepen previous conversations on mobile applications in Africa, the Project Diaspora, and to get to know the co-founder, Tracy Pell – who’s also in my heart now :). It was interesting to realize that the three of us have the same communication design backgound… :)))
I was sorry that I couldn’t attend to his panel on Africa 3.0 (Sunday 9:30 am?!), so for now I stick to this comprehensive Diaspora blog post “Africa 3.0: Mobile connectivity in the (global) village” and, luckily, I’ll be able to access it online at the SXSW YouTube channel later on :)

I just met Stacey Monk too, she’s the founder of Epic Change, and I really appreciate that positive change through social media approach in Tanzania that I could get a glimpse on The Twitter Kids of Tanzania workshop.

Sporadically or not, we will all meet again, for sure!
